"Not quite jazz, but close enough - songs under gentle protest."The Abstract plays its special blend of genres like jazz, folk, blues, avantgarde, ambient and rock.Starting their journey together in 2018, the trio has played several concerts in clubs and on festivals in the last couple of years. Their two studio albums and a live recording including only original music already highlight the path Roland intended to go down, but their new repertoire is showing that with time they get closer and closer to the core of their very music.Having the attitude of jazz and the curiosity of even more experimental music, their song-like structures serve as an open playground for the musicians to dive deeper or to brake free and ignite their listeners fantasies...
